Returns and Complaints
Few Important things:
- Every item is carefully prepared by the artisans and are 100% handicraft.
- No 2 piece will be identical since these are handmade.
- Natural wooden stains and grains can be expected in some products and these make it more natural and genuine.
- Dont expose to sunlight and it may result in fading.
- If you drop the products hard, chances of colors chipping is high.
- There might be some variation in colors compared to the picture, but we assure you the quality is High and products are genuine.
Cancellation & Refund Policy :
We sincerely hope that you would not wish to cancel an order once placed. That being said, if the situation does arise, kindly note our policy as given below -
- Return of the products is applicable only in India & is not applicable for international shipments
Return is possible only in the below conditions:
- In case you have received the wrong product, the product does not match your order.
- In case you have received any damaged product. Please send us an email to email@example.com along with the photo of the damaged item within 24 hrs from the time of product delivery.
- We will be able to accept cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. However, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery
- If the damage is evident at the time of delivery, make note of the damage on the courier’s copy of the airway bill and their delivery sheet, as well as on the copy that you retain.We will replace the package. If same product is not available, you can purchase any other products of same value or wait for us to confirm the next delivery status.
- If the package is tampered, refuse to accept the delivery and return it through the courier.
